Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

RetireWheel provides educational content, tools, calculators, AI-powered decision support, and optional broker-sync features related to the cash-secured put wheel strategy and similar options-selling strategies. The Service includes:

• Free public tools (Wheel Filter, CSP Calculator, Roll Calculator)
• Educational blog content
• Optional paid features including broker integration, AI risk analysis, persistent trade journaling, profit routing automation, and morning email briefings
• Email subscription for content updates

RetireWheel is not a brokerage, custodian, registered investment advisor, or financial planner. We do not execute trades on your behalf or hold customer funds.

Some features require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information as it changes
• Keep your password and account credentials secure
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service except as expressly permitted
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Resell, distribute, or commercially exploit content or output from the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any party
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful content

The Service may offer integration with third-party brokerage providers via SnapTrade or similar services. By connecting your broker account, you:

• Grant RetireWheel read-only access to your account positions, balances, and transaction history
• Acknowledge that RetireWheel does not execute trades, place orders, or move funds
• Understand that broker connectivity is provided by third parties whose terms and reliability are outside RetireWheel's control
• Are responsible for verifying the accuracy of synced data before making any trading decision

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes at the rates in effect at the time of subscription
• Authorize recurring billing on the schedule disclosed at signup (monthly or annual)
• Receive emails related to your subscription, including billing reminders and renewal notices

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, software, calculators, frameworks, and AI prompts — is the property of RetireWheel or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or input to the Service (such as your trade history or notes). By submitting content, you grant RetireWheel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. You should consult qualified licensed professionals before acting on any information from the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RetireWheel disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RetireWheel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

RetireWheel's total cumulative liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid RetireWheel in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RetireWheel, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy
• Trading decisions you make based on content from the Service
• Tax positions taken based on Service content

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall take place in Bexar County, Texas.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration against RetireWheel.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Service. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
